After-Hours Emergency Support

Only call the emergency support number if a problem is encountered that results in a library being unable to carry out critical functions. Critical functions are defined as:

  • Login
  • Check out/in
  • TRACpac searching
  • Patron registration

Leave a voice message so that YRL support staff can contact you about your problem. When leaving a voice message, please provide as much information as possible, including your name, the library, and your telephone number.
 


Holiday After-Hours Support

During December 24, 2011 to January 2, 2012, After-Hours Emergency Support will be available for emergencies involving critical functions during the following times:

December 23 4:30PM - 6:00PM
December 24 9:00AM - 5:00PM
December 27 9:00AM - 6:00PM
December 28 9:00AM - 6:00PM
December 29 9:00AM - 6:00PM
December 30 9:00AM - 5:00PM
January 2 9:00AM - 5:00PM

There will be no service on December 25, 26, 31 and January 1.
 


Regular After-Hours Emergency Support is only available during the following times:

Monday to Thursday 4:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Friday 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Saturday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Sunday 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

 

A problem with a single item is not an emergency. Problems that are not emergencies should be directed to system headquarters staff the next business day. If you have a record lock that is not preventing you from carrying out critical functions, there is no need to contact after hours emergency support.
