• Shall be formed according to the terms of the Libraries Act and Regulation.
• Shall consist of 10 Board members.
• Jurisdictions with a population greater than the level set in the Libraries Act and Regulation are entitled to a seat.
• Responsible for hiring and evaluating the Director.
• Shall deal with matters which arise between regularly scheduled Board meetings, except for those responsibilities which are the exclusive purview of the Board.
