Volume Control allows patrons and staff the option to place hold requests on a single issue of a magazine, a single issue of a multipart book and a single disc of a multi-part audiovisual item from a TRACpac account.   This allows a variety of different volumes to be associated with one bibliographic record with the potential to place holds on specific volumes within the bibliographic record. 

A format has been created to ensure uniformity amongst all the TRAC libraries.  Below are full instructions on entering volume data into item records.
