Services: Reference
Yellowhead Regional Library is pleased to offer a reference service to our member libraries. Patron questions that member library staff cannot answer using local resources can be referred to Yellowhead staff. We will send information or materials in response to your query.
Patrons may also submit questions directly to the online Ask-A-Question virtual reference service in which YRL is a partner (www.askaquestion.ab.ca). The Ask A Question service is a cooperative venture among libraries throughout Alberta. The collected experience and background of Alberta's diverse librarians means you get the best answer possible to your question - whatever the topic!
